The Healthiest Foods 

In my last info letter I wrote about the worst foods to eat and promised to let you know what the best foods are. The healthiest foods are of course those grown organically in nature without having been altered by man. I will list some of the most nutritious by categories. 

Greens 

These are the most beneficial and probably the least eaten.

Fruits

Whole Grains

            1. Brown Rice

                2. Rice bran

            3. Millet

            4. Buckwheat 

Animal Protein

 

Nuts Seeds & Oils  

 

Sweeteners

            1. Raw local honey

            2. Maple syrup

            3. Unsulphured Molasses 
 

These foods make up the bulk of a healthy natural diet. Begin to add as many as possible each week and always buy organic if you can.
