Beyond Weight Loss Workshop
This powerful life changing, hands on workshop will liberate its participants from the struggle of trying to lose weight forever!
This comprehensive, holistic program was produced by Lifetime Fitness and took 3 years to complete. It is based on over 25 years of experience and research. It is named the F.U.N. Program. F is for freedom from dieting, freedom from the limiting beliefs that have held you back and freedom to enjoy the body that is perfect for you. U is for understanding your body’s individual mental, physical and nutritional needs. N is for new concepts, strategies and tools to create and maintain your ideal shape for life. And you will have allot more fun when you complete your program.
Each participant will receive a copy of the F.U.N. Program (A $100 value) which consists of 6 audio tapes, a 56 page guidebook and a 2 hour exercise video. Participants will develop their own personalized 90 day, mind/body strategy for immediate success.
Fee is $95. Two for $150 ea.. The workshops begin January 2005, 1-5 pm at 4730 Everts St., Pacific Beach and are on going every Saturday. Please call for more information or to schedule your group.
BONUS: All participants in 2005 may attend all or any future workshops for FREE. In addition all participants receive discounts on phone coaching and private one to one training.
