Come Out of the Shade

Along with the popularity of wearing sunglasses have come many eye ailments. Many holistic health practitioner recognize the many health benefits that come from sunlight, including eye health. Our eyes just like the rest of our body, requires light to function optimally. Constantly wearing sunglasses weakens our eyes and most likely makes them more susceptible to eye strain and disease. We only need to to shield our eyes from glare such as on water or snow or perhaps from long hours of exposure. So much information comes to us through our eyes, so ditch the shades and let it in.
