Super Foods

The following natural foods should make up a significant portion of your diet. They are very nutrient dense, health building and delicious. Your diet can be supplemented with the Standard Process whole food products that contain each food. They are listed after each food.

1.Beets

    • Beet greens are a good source of riboflavin, iron, vitamins A and C and beta-carotene. Beets are high in folic acid and potassium.

2.Carrots

3. Alfalfa

11. Broccoli

Contains anti-carcinogenic substances that can protect against breast and stomach cancers. High in Vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals.

12. Oats

Contains antioxidants and soluble fiber that can lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

13.Salmon

One of the healthiest fish to ea, containing a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids offer many benefits including cleaning plaque out of arteries and protecting brain cells.

14.Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and seeds also contain essential fats and offer protection against cancer. Almonds, walnuts pecans, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds are best.

15. Green Tea Green tea is high in Vitamin C and other substances that protect against stomach, liver and skin cancers.
