JD’s Date Energy Balls

3 cups of dried dates pieces
1 cup nuts, chopped or crushed
1-2 Tbsp. raw or toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. honey

Combine ingredients and form into 1″ to 1-*” balls and roll in carob powder. Refrigerate.
